Security

Not withstanding enormous knowledge and the most advanced technology, the world is increasingly coming under the grip of fear and a feeling of insecurity. While terrorism claims around 10,000 casualties a year, it impacts significantly on the global economy. The fear of attack through deadly viruses, through collapse of cyber networks, through the collapse of financial markets, through nuclear attack, and the fear of extra-terrestrial attack is haunting the global leadership. These next generation security threats are more than what the military and technology can handle- they are complex, multidimensional problems against which no degree of risk mitigation is likely to suffice.

Nevertheless, I will bring health and healing to it; I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and security.(Jeremiah 33:6)
